EKTIMIS founder and author of The Top Ten Laws of Respect, N. Taiwo, delivered a planned speaking program to a student body today at the University of New England, Biddeford, Maine campus. The speaking engagement, part of the University's Diversity Lecture Series, titled "Diversity and Respect" examined the concept and constructs of Respect and how respect helps a diverse community overcome the challenges that come with diversity. The program drew a significant student turnout and afforded students course credits.

Taiwo, will be delivering a speaking program at a Regional Training Conference of Blacks in Government - a national professional and leadership development organization (with headquarters in Washington DC). The speaking program by N. Taiwo will focus on the topic: Attitude and Performance Rooted in Respect; and will be held on Friday, April 28, 2017 at the San Antonio Hilton Hill Hotel, San Antonio, Texas.

The University of New England (UNE), Biddeford, Maine Office of Intercultural Student Engagement has engaged EKTIMIS founder and author of The Top Ten Laws of Respect, N. Taiwo, to provide a speaking program to its student body. The speaking engagement will be part of the University's Diversity Lecture Series - a program designed to foster and promote diversity and multiculturalism on UNE campuses. The speaking program by N. Taiwo will focus on the topic: Diversity and Respect; and will be held on Friday, March 31, 2017 at the UNE Biddeford, Maine campus.

EKTIMIS announces plans to launch its Respect ACE Program - a national campaign focused on engaging, inspiring, and working with professionals and business owners, across multiple industries, to understand the strategy and methods for elevating work and workplace performance by cultivating a performance work ethic rooted in respect. The program is based on the research work conducted by EKTIMIS Principal and founder - N. Taiwo, author of The Top Ten Laws of Respect in the Workplace - A Professional Guide.

EKTIMIS announces the coming launch of its new website. The new website will replace the current website and will offer a modern look, a variety of improvements, and new product offerings. The investment in the new website is designed to position the EKTIMIS brand for an international audience - given the global appeal of the topic of "respect".

EKTIMIS announces plans to produce and offer a poster version of the EKTIMIS Respect Model (ERM), the graphical (visual) illustration of the components of the concept of respect. The ERM page on the EKTIMIS website is one of the most popular pages, drawing an appreciable number of international visitors annually. The ERM Poster will be produced in a large 24 inches high by 32 inches wide format, and will serve as a perfect learning tool and a useful teaching aid for a broad audience. The poster is expected to be available sometime in the second half of 2015.

EKTIMIS administers a specially designed training program, "Respect in the Workplace" to promising young adult professionals at the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) in Lagos, Nigeria. The training / educational program was provided by EKTIMIS as part of its social responsibility program as well as a special NSE faculty program in support of the NSE Graduate Trainee Program - a young professional development program recently launched by the NSE. The program trainees, selected from a competitive pool of applicants, appear with EKTIMIS founder and Director, fifth from right, in the group photo below.

EKTIMIS announces the next set of books in the increasingly popular "Top Ten Laws of Respect" series. The next book in the series will be The Top Ten Laws of Self Respect. In addition, EKTIMIS plans to release The EKTIMIS Respect Model, a companion guide to the popular EKTIMIS Respect Model graphical illustration of the components (the constructs) of the concept of respect. Both books are expected to be released sometime in early 2016.

EKTIMIS announces plans to launch an online learning academy. The concept is described as an online learning and teaching resource for students, young adults, working professionals, teachers, mentors, and human resources training instructors. The concept, referred to as "Learning Dome", is under design and development and is expected to become available sometime in 2016.

EKTIMIS expands its speaking program offering to include a seminar-style program on The EKTIMIS Respect Model. The speaking program titled "Framework for Teaching Respect" brings the graphical illustration of respect (an innovative visual model developed by EKTIMIS) to life. The speaking program is expected to appeal to business organizations with workforce training programs, educational institutions, as well as non-profit mentor groups.

The ektimis.com site continues to draw visitors from various parts of the world. While the largest number of visitors come from the United States, an increasing number of visitors have emerged from countries that include Canada, Mexico, UK, China, Nigeria, Brazil, and Russia.

The online active poll poses four simple questions to visitors, including the question "Where do you feel you earn the most respect?", with the options: At Home, At Work, or With Friends. The 4-question poll is accessible on the ektimis.com website.
